Friends undertake many honorary activities to promote and support the Gardens. They are advocates and partners. Their roles include leadership and inspiring the community, planning, planting and gardening, fundraising and events, education and visitors services such as guiding and children’s programmes. Friends are involved in a range of technical aspects such as assisting with Plant Collections, Records or Herbariums and they are also active in botanical arts and crafts.
